Bryan leads firm strategy, capital raising, and investor relations. He sets the vision for Peak Horizon's growth trajectory, sources capital partnerships, and oversees portfolio-level decision-making. His focus is on building durable relationships with investors and aligning every deal with the firm's long-term thesis.
Partner, Acquisitions & Operations
Andrew drives the analytical engine of the firm — leading financial modeling, underwriting, and deal-level P&L management. He coordinates with CPAs and tax advisors to optimize asset-level performance and ensure every acquisition meets Peak Horizon's return thresholds before capital is deployed.
Partner, Construction & Brand
Bryan oversees all construction and project management — from permitting through punch list. As the owner of an established landscaping and hardscape company, he brings hands-on building expertise and subcontractor networks. With a marketing degree, he also leads brand strategy and market positioning for the firm.
